The print vendor will not accept any exchanges or returns. *There is a 25% restocking fee for any order cancelled or exchanged.

The utmost care is taken to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely to their destination. However, if damage does occur, please contact catherine@fotosbycatherine.com with all the relevant information (name, address, phone number, order number, etc) and images of the product and the packaging. Further details will be sent to you.
